Allow me to ask common questions about an article using AI

Rather than having to go to "Discuss this", allow me to quick launch a pre-canned question I might find useful for applying to multiple sites.

Example #1 I see a recipe website

Quick launch: "What's the recipe?"

Example #2 I see a news article

Quick launch "Given my politics and style if writing like, would I enjoy this article?"

These quick launch questions should come from my settings page configuration and I should be able to make them.
