I would like to have an extra button that simply clears the chat messages without clearing the active document context or the initial search prompt.
Discussing documents works most accurate when questions of different topic are separated from each other. In Assistant's current state, you have to click the new chat button, open the Summarize menu, upload your document again, click Summarize and then carry on with your new discussion related to that document. It would be much faster and convenient to have a "Clear Chat" button that keeps the document in the conversation, but just clears your previous chat history.
