I think this could be a good idea, regardless of any other action we take for kids accounts.
Maybe in addition, we could disable the sign-out button on a Kids account, and the Kids account session must be managed from some kind of Parental Controls panel.
Then the only way to break out would be to clear the browser's cookies - if a kid knows how to do that, I would expect them to be able to change kids.kagi.com

I don't think this is feasible. How would we prevent it from being misused, i.e. someone going to a public or business network and blocking safe search toggle for everyone? It would have to be coupled with / only applied to Kids accounts, but this isn't exactly bulletproof either..
