Kagi assistant chats not available across devices (e.g. macOS and windows)

Only the kagi assistant chat titles are synchronized across windows/macOS/iOS devices. When I click the chat it has no history displayed.

I would expect to see chat history, both titles and conversations, synchronized across devices

Preserved threads even within the past 24 hours are not visible (only title visible) and chats invisible but are downloadable
Preserved threads older than 24 hours are neither visible (only title visible) and chats invisible , nor downloadable
Chats do not work in preserved threads after refreshing the page

To replicate the issue: #1: Start a thread #2: Preserve the thread #3: Refresh the page

At this point, the conversation is gone, only visible via download, and unable to keep chatting in the thread.
The issue affects multiple computers and multiple browsers on two different OSes

I expect to be able to view and continue chatting on preserved threads

I'm not sure if it's taking longer to roll out than expected but the issue persists on multiple computers
