Currently the max limit has been increased to 1000 but there almost certainly people who will hit that amount.
It makes sense that the latency might go up as more rankings are added and have to be parsed through BUT maybe it makes sense for those who really need more than 1000 domains in there, that they can do that.
BUT the ui should have a little disclaimer that maybe appears when the user is >900 like:
