Kate-Karui As @Vlad said it's not a feature that would be used all the time, maybe instead of a constant box that takes up a decent amount of screen real estate it could have a toggle button inline with the other buttons?

Kate-Karui I think it should be intuitive what is used for and how /why should they use it. I do not think it achieves it yet but thanks for thinking through it.

I'm currently brainstorming a lot and unsure exactly how I should take the direction, since I think this would be really really good for the translation part. It would be tremendously useful for me.

Kate-Karui I personally think this is the better of the options, like I said having a box on there all the time is a lot of screen space for a feature that relatively few people would use lol

Looking at the English->Hungarian translator it's mellowing the profanities, like turning "fuck" into "franc" which has the same vulgarity as "hell". Or "Take another fucking step, motherfucker." -> "Tegyél meg még egy rohadt lépést, te rohadék." ("Take another damned step, you bastard")

Is there a way to set the language via a query parameter? I'd like to set up a Kagi Bang to translate a phrase from a specific language (to English).

i tried to translate multiple website to english. like https://translate.kagi.com/Automatic/English/https://tageschau.de wich works, but as soon as i hit the "view original" button scrolling becomes impossible.
