If you sanitize clickbait thumbnails and titles, users would waste more time because they will not be able to tell that those videos are low quality.
How about instead, Kagi could use the original video thumbnails from creators with visual AI to determine (guess) the quality of the video itself, and then use that to influence ranking? Just like Kagi uses the presence of trackers to determine influence the ranking of web pages?
