The latest announcement says that the input limit has been raised to 16k characters, however, on the /assistant page, it continues to cap messages to 6k characters. This limit is not imposed on the search page home page.
As well, when adding messages to the chat, the input box will allow these >6k character messages, but on submission, the 414 URI too long page from Google Cloud will show. This does not occur on the search page home page.
I expected my messages to be accepted and passed along to the LLM.
