Import/Export custom bangs

After encountering recent bug that caused all my bangs to be deleted, a great feature would be a simple import/export of custom bangs for backing them up (or sharing). Just a simple csv or json file and it can just fail the import if it encounters duplicate bangs.

A bulk import/export is definitely something we could add.

Personally, import seems a lot more valuable than export. One (import) or two (import & export) buttons would work.

What happens if you were to owerwrite existing etc?

Display an error message e.g. "5 bangs conflict with pre-existing bangs and could not be imported". It doesn't need to be fancy IMO.

If we could upload bangs from JSON files (using the same schema as https://github.com/kagisearch/bangs, or alternatively something similar), the community would be able to create list of bangs using scripts and share them easily.

E.g. if I had something like this, solving https://kagifeedback.org/d/6791-kagi-translate-bangs-english-french-german-etc on my own would become trivial.
