Inconsistently between web/image search when it comes to capitalization sensitivity

I noticed when doing a search like:
!i zonnepaneel overkaping parking site:.be this works, but
!i zonnepaneel overkaping parking site:.Be doesn't work

but on normal web search, both of these work and return the same results:
zonnepaneel overkaping parking site:.be
zonnepaneel overkaping parking site:.Be
