The video personalization feature seems to be down entirely.
Issue 1 — Blocking scope broken:
When clicking the shield icon on a video search result, it now blocks the entire youtube.com domain instead of the specific channel (as the feature description promises: "Click the shield in video search results to raise or lower channels").
Issue 2 — Previously blocked channels now appearing:
Channels I had blocked before are now showing up in video search results again, suggesting existing personalization settings are no longer being applied.
Conclusion:
This looks like a regression affecting the entire video personalization system, not just a UI glitch.
Expected behavior (per feature description):
"Click the shield in video search results to raise or lower channels. Manage them here."
