Today in History null error

Opened Kagi News today, switched to the "Today in History" tab and it showed the following error instead of content:

Exception: type 'Null' is not a subtype of type 'num' in typecast

What happened today in History should have appeared.

This is an exceptionally frustrating error because if you have set the "Today in History" tab as the first tab in your list, like I did, you will be completely unable to use the app.

The error is the only thing you will see when you open the app, with no other UI elements available. This can only be resolved by clearing the app data completely and re-ordering the tabs.

But generally this error in "Today in History" is still happening (android) and has been the case for the last few days.

Thank you all for reporting the issue. The bug has been fixed in the latest app updates.

Thanks cloudednine for the detailed steps to reproduce this issue. I understand the frustration and have created an internal ticket to fix it in the next app release.

Still getting this error on ios. Just checked and it works on web

Still getting it on the Android app. Never seen via browser, either on web or desktop.
