Steps to reproduce:
Search for "autism spectrum disorder dsm-5".
The first result was for autism speaks' website. Autism speaks is a hate group which advocates for "curing" autism through torturing autistic people.
Expected behavior:
That the first result would be a more reputable website such as the second result, which was the CDC.
