batuhan IIRC it's a way for Privacy Pass users to get an autosuggest API that isn't linked to their Kagi session. Normally the autosuggest comes from kagi.com and includes your session info (I think, devs pls correct me if I'm wrong!). For those extra concerned about the possibility of query leaks from this there's instead kagisuggest.com, which being a separate domain doesn't have your Kagi session.
