Hi. This morning at 2:54 CET I got an email from Kagi telling me that due to the fact that I have used zero searches, Kagi is crediting me USD 12.01 back under the fair pricing policy.
However, that's just not correct. I have been using Kagi as my main search engine for a while now. My monthly usage page lists says:
| Date (UTC) | AI Tokens | Searches |
| Apr 2025 | 0 | 271 |
| Mar 2025 | 0 | 1,152 |
| Feb 2025 | 0 | 967 |
| Jan 2025 | 0 | 779 |
| Dec 2024 | 0 | 1,201 |
| Nov 2024 | 0 | 1,241 |
| Oct 2024 | 0 | 1,322 |
Notice that none of those, not even the current month, are a zero.
So, either I'm not understanding how this fair pricing policy is working, or you've been overly generous with me and credited me back when you shouldn't have.
To be credited back only if I have had zero searches in the given billing period.
