A search result returned the same video from two different websites, dailymotion and Youtube however the title as it appears in Kagi has been truncated with ellipses '...' on the dailymotion video but not for the Youtube video.
When the link is opened for these videos it is clear they both have exactly the same title on their respective pages, but in kagi they appear different.
