Xytronix I think it's generally understood that result ranking isn't something Kagi is actively meddling in, much less to nefariously promote book piracy? If you personally want to block piracy sites that's fine, again Kagi gives you the tools to do so, but someone thinking Kagi is biased in favor of piracy is a non-issue imo. If it exists on the Internet, Kagi (hopefully) will index and return it, and the user can block, raise, pin, or whatever it from that point.
EDIT: I just saw you edited your post. No offense but that argument makes no sense; if you’re worried a family member will think less of you for being associated with piracy wouldn’t a dedicated toggle just make it worse?
