Date label doesn't match publication date

Steps to reproduce:
https://kagi.com/search?q=Long-term+demographic+trends+democrat+congressman+majority&to_date=2018-06-04

Time filter "to date" is "06/04/2018".

Unexpected: First result is clearly marked "Aug 28, 2020".

Expected behavior:
The first result from pewresearch.org should remain, but should be labelled "Oct 5, 2017" instead of "Aug 28, 2020". (EDIT: Previously, I said the first result should not appear.)

Clicking that link https://kagi.com/search?q=Long-term+demographic+trends+democrat+congressman+majority&to_date=2018-06-04

creates this. So it seems that From is "current" which is also odd.

What do you think should happen?

Actually, I think the issue is the labels, not the search filtering. The articles are within the date search range, but the labels don't match the search results.

Vlad What you see isn't what I get. Here's what I get:

It seems that we are showing the modified at time that is returned to us rather than the original published time of the article.
I will look into this.
