I have that if I, for example write this comment: 
Not if I create a new bug though (the one was there already from this comment when I opened the new tab).
And I can not click anywhere outside the bug report window anyways. If I want to close the bug report section it will warn about data loss, not if I close the tab though (as happend last time, when I wrote the report).
Since a bug report is generally more time consuming then a comment, I'd like to see the feature expanded to those as well.
