Do note that Quick Answer tends to work better if you have an actual question but it still shouldn't show this output.
To help figure out what's going on, could you provide the link to the search you did? Right below the search bar, on the right, there should be a share button. Please share that link.
Also if you could mention what server region you're currently using Kagi from (if you click the ☰ menu in the top right of the kagi page, it should say what server region you're currently in)
