I'd like to stop and pause/resume inference while text is being generated.
I can't stop Summarizer once I've submitted an URL, even though I often want to change the output language and answer type. I'd prefer the text to stop streaming as it seems distracting and a waste of resources.
Assistant: clicking the submit button again does stop the inference but it's slow to take affect (the animation and output continues for about two seconds after the click). I end up not using the stop button and simply replace the submitted prompt or enter a new one.
Summarizer
Turn the ▶️ button into ⏸️ or ⏹️ while a summary is being generated.
Consider moving the submit button in line and to the right of the Summary type and Output language menus. I often forget to use them before submitting an URL because Kagi got me used to submit search queries before I can access the drop down menus to refine my searches (region, time, options…).
Assistant
Make the stop button more responsive so clicking it stops the animation and text generation instantly. Entering text in the prompt field should suspend the ouptut and turn the rotating square into a pause button. Submitting a new prompt should stop the previous output right away, too.
