Add "Control Center" to translate (and other products)

Currently if you're on Kagi Translate, you don't have the Control Center sidebar that you see on the main search interface.

This is somewhat inline with https://kagifeedback.org/d/5634-a-consistent-design-language-throughout-kagis-products I suppose

But I realized just now it felt a bit jarring that the interface was different for that.

Thibaultmol control centre in Translate wouldn't necessarily solve any problem - you don't have Translate settings, can't modify CSS or change appearance. With our last release we added an apps navigation menu. Could this help solve your problem?

I revisited this feedback since that update and actually thought about it.... and while it wouldn' really 'benefit' anything. it would help with "consistency" accross the various products.

(also having CSS be supported on translate would be nice, but that would be a seperate kagifeedback)
