basically just switch these 2 portions and i think it would make much more sense
it would make more sense if those portions are switched because you don't often go to the settings but you do regularly go to the summarizer for example. On 1440p you can see it but you have to scroll a bit to see everything. on 1080p you don't even see it and on mobile you have to scroll very far.
