The current way of using complete words like "Programming" in vertical is kind of ugly, space consuming and hard to read (of course you get used to it after some time). Another thing is the button "customize lenses" settings placed at the top, which distracts more than it should (the fact that this is the only thing using an icon also reinforces that) - and sometimes I click in this button by impulse when I need to disable a lens.
