I'd like there to be the option to select British English for the entire search experience (see screenshot), but more importantly to have this as a default option for the Assistant. I know I can manually ask the Assistant to change output to British English from American English, but having a settings pane where this can be changed from the get-go would be ideal.
No need to constantly request a different language output on Assistant. For search, an all-round nicer experience and acknowledgement of British English as its own unique market.
