Chiming in here. The more voices in support, the better.
Because of Kagi (I do use it a bit) <grin>, I am beginning to develop the PTSD-type muscle memory to be using Shift-Enter everywhere, even in a text editor because of the negative feedback of inadvertently sending prompts/queries when I simply wished to create a newline.
I'll never understand how a tool such as an AI assistant would assume that you will 99% of the time, send a query as one line of text and that you would be facilitated by simply hitting enter to send (like a CLI). For me, and clearly others here, it's the other way around.
I see a script has been shared by @nothingbird , and for this, I'm grateful. It's a shame that such a simple script enabled by a toggle was not provided by default.
