Uploading images always fails in Assistant

Everytime I try to upload an image in the Assistant, no matter if from my computer or my phone, I get an "upstream provider unavailable" error. I think 10% of the time uploading an image works, or less.

Expected: For the image to be uploaded and be readable/visible to the LLM

Gamesnic could you please provide additional details about the browser you are using? If the issue persists, could you open the browser console and take a screenshot of any errors you see?

Out of curiosity, what are the file extensions of the images you're trying to upload

Thibaultmol If I remember right it was just a normal .jpg

Hello,
I can't upload images or sound from the Android app on a Samsung. I can select the image but it doesn't upload, and what's strange is that the app doesn't ask for permission.

Luis Sorry, I absolutely forgot about this thread. The browser I'm using is Edge, and I think by now I know more exactly what is happening: whenever I have web access enabled, it can process the image just fine, but once I disable it, that error message comes up, although I haven't lately tried what it does when uploading a picture without web access. You say this is fixed?
