Let us change the Assistant language

Recently the Assistant started to use German (I guess because it's my region?) instead of English for responses. Please let us control the assistant language, the region or UI language isn't always what users want when interacting with a chatbot. In my case I would really prefer to have it answer in English.

Hi, it's a regression which will be fixed in the next release. Assistant will respond in the input language or language specified in the instruction. For example, if you ask a question in English, it should respond in English too, regardless your region or UI language. So you can essentially control by using the language.

But I think that the idea of having separate system prompts per language might not be a bad idea
