I would like to be able to have an optional field for when I downrank/uprank/block/etc a website. This way, if I end up looking at my ruleset in the future, I can know why I blocked the website in question from my search results. So, when I click the little shield icon in the top right of a result, I get the usual options, and when I click one of the options a text field could open below with a little bit of space to say why I downranked a website.
If you end up seeing a result you'd like to demote or a page you'd like to block, you click on the little shield icon. The user selects block, for example when visiting healthline.com, as the website does not offer a "tracking-free version" and instead just blocks users from the EU if they decline cookies. So, after they click "block", a little text field pops up with the ability to add a note such as "Removed from search as the site sends me to a useless landing page about not having a tracking-free version". Or something along the lines of that.
