When https://kagifeedback.org/d/3057-add-peertube-as-a-source-for-video-search gets implemented
it would be nice if we could help submit peertube instances, just like how we can submit small web urls
(you can add videos/local?sort=-hot&c=true&s=3 at the end of a peertube domain to see some of their local videos)

There are some problematic peertube instanes out there, so just allowing all peertube instances on the video search MIGHT not be the best approach. (I mean like: if search pulls them up, maybe. But i would handle it similar to Teclis but for peertube instances)
