bob In addition to the video sources above, it would be great to have a "PeerTube" option that searches across PeerTube instances. This would make Kagi one of the first cross-instance PeerTube search engines.
Doral +1 I do think that if Kagi will be able to show more video sources in the video search then YouTube this in my opinion could bring Kagi to another level For example Nebula.tv Peertube although Ted is already there if I search for Space in video search and select Ted on Kagi it shows " There are no results for space Based on your current filters" Ted: https://www.ted.com/talks?q=Space&sort=relevance What I mean is that the video search automatically prioritizes YouTube, and in Ted's case is an example that it finds nothing The same with https://www.dailymotion.com/us Example video "Tesla Recalls Another 2.2 Million Vehicles" (Random video from the home page) Searching for it in video search only shows youtube videos and when i selecting dailymotion it shows " There are no results for..."
lucascantor +1 Agreed this is a great idea. In the meantime, I wonder how well a custom Kagi lens might work for this instead?
devilkin I fear you'd probably have to spin up your own instance to be able to use the search functions of peertube https://docs.joinpeertube.org/use/search https://docs.joinpeertube.org/api-rest-reference.html#tag/Search is the documentation on the API.
