By default, excluding results where the title/description contains racial slurs.
The following result appeared on the first page in the 4th group of results for the query "no i'm not human game meaning"
As a user of Kagi, I would expect the results of my query, to not contains slurs, probably universally, but especially when my query did not contain those terms.
As an existing user of Kagi, I would feel better recommending Kagi to others knowing these types of results will not unexpectedly appear in their queries.
