The language is set to German, and all the other Pup-Up dialogs I know of are also in German, except for this one.

It should match the current language.

    Having tried on the French version, I can confirm that the label of the "paywall-tooltip" seems to be hardcoded in English and thus not translated in the user's language.

      Niika Yes, its this small "hint". As dix already mentioned, i'd guess its hardcoded. I also did help with the german translation and haven't found this message to be translated.
