Is there a list, like an ad-blocker list, that contains this domain?
One idea is that Kagi could use some common block list for high confidence dangerous sites. Another thought is that Kagi could flag websites that just funnel into another website (e.g. blind redirect).
That said, that site is only a few months old - neither EasyList or uBlock flagged this site as of yet, so this might be a "arms race" kind of problem.
