Ability to set default Model / Custom Assistant in Kagi Assistant v2

Currently there's no way to set a default model and so Kagi Assitant v2 defaults to a custom assistant that I created. I would prefer it default to e.g. Sonnet 3.5

The user should be able to select a default model or custom assistant from within Settings.

I'd also add to this that the default setting should include whether "Internet Access" is on or off.

CrunchyFritos This needs to happen asap. It's to a point I just can't use !chat flag anymore 🙁

I third this. I have to reselect every time I open assistant, which is kinda annoying.
