Duplicate Results - Different Languages

Searching with the following "out c#" returns the "same" result, but translated into a different language - English/US vs Chinese/Taiwan.

https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-tw/dotnet/csharp/language-reference/keywords/out

Ideally only the most relevant result would be displayed (although, I don't see how to disambiguate). The next best world would likely be to filter by at least the language the browser is declaring.

I'm not sure if this is ultimately a feature request of filtering by a language e.g. Language vs Region, or if this is a bug as Chinese/Taiwan isn't typically considered a language used in my region of the US.

Occasionally, when I do a search for PHP documentation (for example, "php var_export"), the first result will be a link to the official PHP docs (expected) but for the Russian-language version of the site (unexpected).

My Kagi language is set to English, all of my browser/OS settings are in English, and my region (browser/OS/Kagi) is United states, and I'm searching from a non-VPN'd residential Internet connection in the United States.

I cannot reproduce this consistently, and when I re-ran the search today, it linked to the English-language page as expected.

The difference in the links is literally just the language in the URL. From the example above:
Kagi linked URL: https://www.php.net/manual/ru/function.var-export.php
Expected URL: https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.var-export.php

This happened again to me today. Here is a share link to the search: https://kagi.com/search?q=php+die&r=us&sh=wCkYGTW68MLUoWi359ph2Q

Again, it linked to the Russian-language version (https://www.php.net/manual/ru/function.die.php) of the docs for some reason.

Is there any other diagnostic/debugging information I can provide that would be helpful the next time I see this?
