I think the Kagi team would find it much more useful and constructive to give actual detailed examples of what you're looking for, what results you feel are "biased" and what you expect to be presented to you.
Your first example of "trump racism quotes" is already flawed because Kagi will always try to correct poor spelling and grammar and instead adjusts the query as "trump racist quotes".
Each of these queries will give completely different search results (of course). Perhaps somewhere in there you can find a result that makes you feel heard & seen.
I might suggest you make use of the site filtering features of Kagi. You can downrank or even block sites from appearing altogether, giving you a more narrow search experience that better supports your needs.
You could query "shoes without shoelaces" for example and if the top result is for nike.com, you can remove that result completely.
