If that helps, I'm using Floorp, with these few addons that might be relevant: Sidebery, DarkReader, Adnauseam. All this is on fedora 40.
I tested Floorp on my setup (macOS), and the incognito by default window looked fine:
Could you test this on a new Floorp profile without any extensions and seeing if that solves the issue. It would aid us in narrowing down the cause.
Ok so I used the opportunity to update floorp (was on 11.13, now 11.17) and the display works fine. Sorry about that, let's close this.
I know you labeled this no fix, but I'm running into this exact thing on firefox in a new profile on the latest ESR on debian trixie (Firefox 115.14.0esr released August 6, 2024)
I also can not run any AI models, it makes a thread and puts it on the bar on the left, but it does not let me enter it 
I also do not have any custom CSS set
