I have blocked pinterest.com. This should automatically block any results from pinterest.com, www.pinterest.com, id.pinterest.com, br.pinterest.com, etc. Unless there is an explicit allow for a specific subdomain.
I was searching for fallout cake images, having pinterest.com on block, and I still saw images from its subdomains, in the following example from in.pinterest.com
I can understand that it would not block different domains like pinterest.fr (those would require separate rules), but I would expect a "pinterest.com" block to block pinterest.com and all *.pinterest.com subdomains, but it currently only works on pinterest.com and www.pinterest.com
Right now I had to define a bunch of rules that should all fall under pinterest.com block:
pinterest.com
br.pinterest.com
in.pinterest.com
co.pinterest.com
id.pinterest.com
