Reverse image search with text or other criteria

Sometimes I have a picture when I search for something, but the results are off. I might then want to add other criteria to it such as:

~~The usual dropdowns we see in image search (order by, size, color etc)~~ (covered by this post)
Lenses for reverse image search (and for normal image search for that matter, I might create a separate post for that)
Be able to filter with e.g. site:example.com
Additional context/instructions via text

Today the interface looks like text is supported: (similar design as Google Lens by the way)

But once you hit enter to search, the image is lost and you get a normal image search based on only the text:

I would like to be able to add additional context to my search query when using the reverse image search. Specifically, when I upload an image, I would like to be able to insert text in the search box too, to refine the search results for image that not only visually match my query, but also contain relevant keywords.

Sometimes, just visual similarity alone is not a good indicator for a good result. Reverse image search can be useful to find more detail about an image, but if the image is too generic for it to match what you're looking for, providing extra context may help surface more relevant results.

As far as I can tell, Google and Bing do not currently implement this feature. Yandex Search does.
