Provide internally-hosted QR code generator

Following discussion on Github surrounding the !qr bang (https://github.com/kagisearch/bangs/issues/64), it would be good for Kagi to implement an internal QR code generation utility to avoid relying on a third-party service for such a simple functionality.

The !qr bang should redirect to a service running under the kagi.com domain to generate a PNG QR code of the provided data to remove any concerns around the security or privacy of the service producing the QR codes (while the current system seems trustworthy it could be taken over at some stage to start rewriting URLs in QR codes, tracking users, etc).

Ideally a search for e.g. "qr code example text" would also display the corresponding QR code in the search results like the calculator, clock, etc widgets.

The "canonically" most-used QR code library, I believe, should be libqrencode (Github, Project homepage), which Kagi could use to provide this service internally-hosted.

It is licensed merely under GNU LGPL, meaning if used completely unmodified, no code would have to be open-sourced; if modifying were necessary, only the modified library, not the entire application source code would have to be published (I am not a lawyer, but that's my understanding).

Edit: Doesn't Orion have a feature to display the current URL as a QR code already, too? What does it use?
