Bluesky has a great moderation system that is community driven, and you can subscribe to these lists if you want. You can also create your own lists and share them with others.
These lists are made by people that help moderate users timeline. I use a list that tags impersonators, bots, spammers and trolls etc. So a little tag shows up next to other users that are put on this list. I can also decide how I want it to handle these users. I can either choose to hide them outright, warn me about them (hide the content and I have to click to see it) and show them like normal. The username has a little tag next to it showing why ex. "Bot" regardless of choice.
For Kagi this would be like what is there now (like the paywall icon), but it would add more tags showing why.
With this feature Kagi keeps its hands off the search results, and it's the user who decides what to see or not. Would love for there to be a way to see at a glance if a website is tagged for some reason by people I trust and subscribe too.
The best part is that I could make my own list and tag domains for whatever reason too. So instead of just the raising and lowering the domains, I can see why I did it too.
