Now, this is probably an unreasonable request, and I don't expect Kagi to be able to reasonably do this without per-site adaptations, but I still want to express my optimistic feature request.
In Sweden we have a state funded radio broadcaster called Svergies Radio. On their website, they publish lots of audio-only articles.
Consider this article with a morning debrief of the news on the war in Ukraine:

It's a 10-minute-long audio article that can be played with the play button in the top-left, or downloaded using the download button. I tried to summarize this article by its url using the Universal Summarizer, but as I would expect, it could not do it and instead rambles on about just the headlines of all articles on the page:
