Pricing plan with own AI keys

AI is expensive. So Kagi users who do not use AI or use their own API keys have to pay for users who actively use AI.

What about the additional setting to enter AI API keys for those who have them, and the pricing plan option for those who prefer to use the built-in Kagi AI?

dima It is not that expensive because it is on-demand and prices are getting cheaper. AI is still less than 5% of our total search cost.

I like the idea of using my own AI API key - just to track usage and offload cost if I felt like it. I bought $10 in OpenAI API credit and really have no use for it, would love to put my key on a Kagi page so it could use that to save Kagi a little money.

There are weekends / days I have off and love to spend the entire day using !expert (research) - without blasting away my profitability to Kagi. (Obviously doing this JUST for me would not be in Kagi's best interest) - but I like the idea of putting one's own AI API key in without making it a subscription.
