Searching for "vscode git.autofetch" shows an unusual number of inline discussions

I am not entirely sure what is causing this, but when I searched for "vscode git.autofetch" the results showed an unusual number of inline discussions, with the first one missing a title. I can't replicate this problem when I do the same search in a new tab.

Vlad Oh, you are right, I missed that. I'm still interested in why the search results look the way they do. The screenshot below shows a different search query with a lens, and it doesn't show as many inline discussions.
