Hi, new here. From my perspective, I’d rather not have anyone suggest or summarize anything to me in a web browser from LLM / AI. As benign as software dev teams think it may be, it always smacks of someone, somewhere making a buck off of steering me away from Sony to Nikon (or something). I don’t like it. My generation adopted the internet first, so I just have absolutely had it with AI browsers trying to (inaccurately) summarize a Wikipedia page to me, or help me write a letter or an email or suggest where I should go on vacation or what vacuum to buy. Advertising I get, but assuming I can’t read and having 1000 things in my UI that are acting against my best interests, pass. If I adopt this app, I’d like a clear, easy to find, documented-in-the-help-file, non-hidden slider to turn this feature right off.
Sincerely,
GenerationX
