Search terms with hyphens not reflected in image results

If I search for images of "F-16" I get no results

If I search for "F-16 viper" I mostly get pictures of snakes and the car

"F-16 fighter jet" suggestion returns pictures of F-22s, F-35s, J-20s, Su-57s... every fighter that isn't an F-16.

I experimented, and found that if I remove the hyphen, it works fine and I get pictures of F-16s:

I then found that other hyphenated terms like "dunning-kruger" and "G-force" had the same behavior.

Search terms with a hyphen that is not the first character in the term should influence image search results.

If you search for a word which includes a - (for example: paperless-ngx) in the image search without "", you will receive no results
If you search for "paperless-ngx" in the image search you will receive results.
Normal text search receives results either way.

Other example: Baden-Baden

Expected result is a search result in the image search even without "".
