hans I run out of searches in my trial period and added $10 in credits. Now I try to upgrade my plan and get redirected to stripe even if I already added credits. It should be possible to upgrade my plan with my added credits.
mullinggroove hans On the left side at the Stripe check out page it says "Balance applied". Even when using prepaid credits, it bills via Stripe. So just continue on the check out page.
hans Ha, thanks. That is quite confusing and not really straight forward. Also filling in an address (which you obviously you can put in any) is not very practical.
Vlad hans We have to use Stripe for managing the subscription even if you are using pre-paid balance. Do you have any proposed changes to information in our docs/dashboard to help clarify this?
