HTML in search result title not escaped

Steps to reproduce:

Search for "html file picker"
Look for this link: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15086997/custom-file-picker-without-using-input-type-file
An input box shows up in between the search result title.

Expected behavior:
HTML in the title should be escaped properly.

System info:
<Browser/OS/Active kagi region setting/What kagi server you connect to (found in control center, top right icon)>
Browser: Firefox 96.0
Active kagi region setting: International
Server: EUROPE-WEST
