Start page: News and Maps don't behave like the rest

Open kagi.com and click on "Advances search" (I'm not so sure about that title btw, because they aren't advanced settings, but categories):

Unlike the rest clicking on News and Maps redirects you - I think either you should make that obvious in UI that they behave differently, or don't make them behave differently xD

gesumin News and Maps have default state that works without any query. Please clarify what you want changed and how in the suggestion.

Btw, entering "New York" and then clicking on Maps from the start pages opens up the town of my IP location, instead of New York:
